A few pages...

I thought that today I would share some SB pages that I've been working on. My daughter will soon be old enough to drive and I promised her that I would have her SB done by the time that she graduates. I've only got 2 years!!! Of course I'll have it done, well, ok maybe :)

This page has some of my favorite photos of her when she was little. We went on a road trip to Monterey and San Francisco and these pictures were taken. It was such a beautiful day we walked along the pier's and baby had her 1st lobster. Of course she was not too sure about it!

I made this page using some misc. paper that I bought from EBay on an auction and the "road map" paper from Paper Pizzaz. I layered the pictures with Real Red and made the tags with YoYo Yellow and Real Red. The journaling was done on my computer. I added a little ribbon to the tags. The word Vacation was cut using my Cricut machine and the Base Camp cartridge. I sponged some Old Olive ink around the top and also around the letters before I adhered them.

This was a quick and simple page. I took some DP from Around the Block and used both side of it. I first cut the 2 long square panels and stitched it to the piece of Old Olive paper. Then I had cut the circle (by using a salad plate and scissors) and stitched that to the paper also. I just love my sewing machine. Of course don't ask me to use it on fabric ~ I can't sew that for the life of me!

I then sponged some Elegant Eggplant around and around the pieces of So Saffron I layered behind the pictures. I added some rub on's to the corners that I got from Oriental Trading (really cheap and nice for rub ons!!) I then added the computer generated journaling, a couple of scraps of ribbon and this page was done.

For this page I used my Paper Salon Paper. I just love their papers, they are all so nice.

I took a length of the light blue and the brown and blue polka dots and ran it thru the sewing machine. I then cut all the letters out with my Cricut machine using the Base Camp cartridge. I can tell you that the Xyron sticker maker is perfect for adhering the letters down!!

I layered the pictures to a piece of Chocolate Chip cs, layered the computer generated journaling on to a piece of the polka dot paper and I was finished.

Hopefully tomorrow I will show you some creations I've made with my new TAC stamps! And don't forget, I've still got my blog candy up for grabs. I only have a few entries so far ~ doesn't anyone wanna play???

Stay tuned...
