What a beautiful day it is out today! I don't think that the weather can be any more perfect - I think that I will be taking the dog for a walk today. It poops her out and she does not play, bite, chew, jump, eat - all the things that puppies do. She just rests. I forgot how puppies are. Of course every time I sit down to do something she's right there with her rope or ball in her mouth and she wants to play. So I found that taking her for a walk poops her out and I can get something done. Just like babies.
I want to share some inspiration with you all. Last Saturday Mom and I went to our Splitcoast shoebox swap. I just love getting together with these ladies. They are a great bunch! And I want to share with you what we all did.
I also took part in the 3D swap with the ladies. This is what I came home with...
They are all a talented bunch of ladies and I look forward to the next one coming up!!

Joanie, Wowzers!wish there was a swap like that in my area!! how fun! I laugh as I read about you pup, We too have a new pup she is 5 months old and full of it. She is a great dane and pretty big already so its hard to remember she is just a baby. We lost our dog last year while camping a car ran her over :( and she was such a good baby. The puppy phase can be so much work. Enjoy the sunshine. Hugs.
Wow!! What a lot of great swaps! I would love to go to another Shoebox Swap but they stopped having them in my area. Looks like you had a lot of fun. Great idea about taking the puppy for a walk. I do the same thing with my son. He's 2 years old and FULL of energy so we go outside and run and play until he's exhausted then it's nap time so I can get something done! I'm enjoying the beautiful weather we've had here, too!
