Here it is, number 3!

I think that you may of noticed a pattern here now? Chocolate Chip, Ballet Blue, Close to Cocoa DP. It is all leading up to the next post!

For this card I used the stamp set The World Over. I stamped the image with black ink and used my watercolors to color in the images. I tried to stay with the blues. I layered that panel with alternating Chocolate Chip and Ballet Blue cs. The base card is Ballet Blue that I layered with a piece of Close to Cocoa DP and a piece of ribbon.

The last Chocolate Chip piece on the image panel I used my scallop border punch on it before adhering it to the card. I also used my sakura gel pen on the image panel but it is faint to see.
